Indybuy has a 14-day return policy that applies to most products* sold under www.indybuy.in. Further Indybuy Incorporation deals only in originals, so all our products are covered with manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects or damages. Please inform us of any manufacturing defects or product damages within 14 days from the date of delivery and transportation damages within 24 hours of receiving the product, post successful evaluation of your case we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
Indybuy Incorporation will try to find an exact replacement for your order. However in the case of a product being out of stock or discontinued permanently, we retain the right to offer a replacement.
Terms and Conditions
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
· The return policy is only valid in the case of manufacturing defect or transport damages.
· Damages due to misuse of product
· Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
· Any consumable item which has been used or installed
· Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
· Damage due to voltage fluctuation or environmental conditions of the place of use
· Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
Exchange for your Product
Many of our products are business products and hence may involve customer specific warranty registration and/or back-to-back orders. So we strongly recommend checking the model number and features before placing an order.
In cases, where the client has ordered a particular product erroneously or by mistake and wants an exchange of the product, we may be able to offer a suitable replacement/exchange only on a case to case basis. Such cases are not covered in our 14 day return policy and Indybuy Incorporation reserves the right to offer a replacement/exchange only on case to case basis, depending on the product type and manufacturer/channel exchange policies. Customers will have to bear the pick-up costs of the returned shipment in such cases.
Empty Box Returns
This section covers shipments that are received as empty boxes with the product missing. Please get in touch with us within 24-hours from the time of delivery. We will co-ordinate with our courier partners and try to locate your product as soon as possible. If the issue is not resolved within one week, we will send you a replacement product.
How do I request for a return under this policy?
In order to get a defective item replaced, notify us of any defects in the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
· Contact Us or call us within 14 days (24 hours in case of transportation damage) from the date of delivery
· Please provide us the product images and invoice (even soft copy is fine) in your communication
· Our team evaluates your returns case (evaluation time: 3-5 business days) and approves the same (subject to above mentioned terms and conditions) , the defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible
· The shipment of the damaged product would be done by our logistics partner, however if our logistics partner does not service your location then the customer will have to ship the product back to us and we will refund the shipping charges back to the customer

Indybuy will adhere to price at which order was booked for items during shipment, during refund and during returns. Therefore, in case price of a product falls during that period, we still consider the sale price for calculation the amount to be refunded
